We are looking for: IT Solutions Expert

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• Serve as an internal IT automation expert, advancing solutions that increase IT service value through automation of repetitive tasks and integration of siloed processes.
• Design, create, and enhance AI-driven conversational support experiences, including Generative AI assistants and Agentic AI workflows, integrated with ITSM platforms.
• Leverage data and analytics to derive insights that enable service managers to act proactively and drive operational improvements.
• Lead workshops with IT operations teams to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process integration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and collaborate with internal and external experts to shape scalable and future-ready solution architectures.
• Drive rapid Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate automation ideas and scale successful solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external development teams to deliver large-scale, production-ready solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, quality standards, cost efficiency, and compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Partner closely with the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) team, leveraging their integration and reporting capabilities.
• Build strong relationships across expert communities, including Data Analytics, Low Code, AI, API, and Software Engineering.
• Promote modular and reusable automation concepts and contribute to building a scalable “automation toolbox” for the organization

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT automation, AI-based support, or ITSM/ITOM solution engineering.
• Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases for IT support or process automation.
• Strong experience with AI/ML or NLP platforms, such as: Moveworks, ServiceNow, NOW Assist
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Solid understanding of ITSM and/or SIAM processes and platforms.
• Practical experience with data management and analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with low-code / no-code automation and integration tools, including Power Automate, n8n, RPA, or similar platforms.
• Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design-thinking skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, human-centric manner.
• Experience working in international or cross-time-zone environments, or openness to global collaboration.
• Strong passion for emerging technologies and staying current with industry trends
