We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Order to Cash Analyst to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in optimizing the end-to-end O2C process while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will be part of a functional team within an UBEC - Ultrasound business excellence center, where you will manage the Sales Order Processing for various countries around the world.

Your role:
* Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle, processing of incoming orders in ERP system, coordination of deadlines according to customer requirements with local departments, distributors etc.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and invoicing.
* Active communication with business partners to ensure delivery of orders
* Checking terms and conditions of offers and contracts (terms of payment, financing, deadlines, delivery terms)
* Support in area of receivables management and monitoring of incoming payments and receivables
* Preparation of inputs for invoice creation, creation of down payment invoice, ensure required documentation

Your expertise:
* Degree in finance, business administration or related fields
* Experience in the area of finance/business administration
* Experience in the shared service environment is beneficial
* You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German language is a strong plus
* Strong communication, collaboration and relationship management skills
* Ability to collaborate proactively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft office, with experience in SAP
* Proactive, self-motivated and quick to learn
* Focus on results
* Customer-oriented

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1550 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
