You’ll make an impact by
- You act as commercial counterpart for our HQ service departments across Germany, Portugal, and the Netherlands, ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technology
- Building on this, you support technical management in various commercial matters – calculating business cases, creating offers for external customers, defining internal service agreements and assisting with tax-related questions
- In close coordination with technical colleagues, you support planning and controlling the customer service cost centers to ensure efficient budget management
- You are managing the cost bookings for internal warranty topics in SAP
- Lastly, you establish, maintain, and continuously improve reporting structures, calculation templates, dashboards, processes, and KPIs to drive performance in Customer Service
This is how you'll win us over
- Education
- You have a completed Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field and relevant professional experience. Alternatively, you have completed commercial vocational training with further qualification and extensive professional experience
- Experience & Skills
- Many years of experience in commercial management and controlling – preferably within a service-oriented and international environment
- Solid knowledge in contract evaluation, reporting, and cost center planning/controlling
- Knowledgeable in tax-related matters and experienced in working with KPIs and process optimization
- You are very familiar with the business value flows of ERP systems due to your operational experience
- Excellent skills in Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint & Thinkcell
- Ways of working
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a structured work approach, excellent communication abilities and the capability to drive topics autonomously
- Languages
- Fluent English and German skills are required
