Your mission in our team

Lead the design and management of Backup and Disaster Recovery services across hybrid environments (on-premises data centers and public cloud platforms). You'll work with IT providers and global teams to drive service excellence and align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.

Challenges that await

• ·       Architect Backup and Disaster Recovery services across hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, on-premises), ensuring alignment with corporate IT requirements.
• ·       Design and implement comprehensive backup strategies spanning traditional and cloud-native approaches.
• ·       Monitor SLAs and ensure backup and recovery services meet defined performance standards.
• ·       Lead integration and interoperability of backup services across multiple IT systems.
• ·       Drive innovation by applying industry best practices in hybrid backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• ·       Ensure all workloads maintain valid backups and oversee regular backup testing.
• ·       Review and optimize disaster recovery solutions (Azure Site Recovery, AWS Disaster Recovery).
• ·       Lead ransomware penetration tests in both data center and cloud environments.
• ·       Support global teams with backup and disaster recovery challenges.
• ·       Maintain alignment with global IT projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.

What will make your application stand out

• ·       Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• ·       At least 10 years in IT roles, with minimum 8 years as Service Architect, Project Manager, or Service Manager focused on Backup and Disaster Recovery.
• ·       Strong expertise in Data Center Infrastructure and Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• ·       Proven experience architecting cloud-native and hybrid backup strategies.
• ·       Proficiency with cloud-based disaster recovery tools (Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery).
• ·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (in English)

• ·       Experience leading ransomware resilience initiatives.
