IT Business Analyst in Supply Chain Management

 

The IT Business Analyst is a member of the Center of Excellence for HR at Siemens Healthineers IT. The CoE’s prime goal is to support the global HR organization with their IT related demands by providing IT solutions and managing & continuously improving global IT services. 

 

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As an IT Business Analyst you are responsible for the analysis of business process demands and requirement engineering
  • You partner with business process stakeholders as subject matter expert to implement our label printing strategy in the discrete manufacturing process globally
  • Translate business demands into IT service and requirement specifications, ensuring strong and smooth collaboration between business and service management teams
  • Oversee implementation of IT solutions that follow IT service management and compliance frameworks.
  • Take a bigger picture perspective of end-to-end processes, identifying cross-functional dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, driving changes from start to finish.

 

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or Business Management
  • 2-5 years of experiences in Business Process Analysis
  • Passion for digital technology, cloud solutions, and emerging trends like AI
  • Ability to translate business challenges into innovative, value-driven IT solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, Critical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality under pressure
  • Proactive, collaborative team player who takes ownership and drives tasks to completion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong service mindset.
  • Structured, proactive, and self-directed work style
  • Fluent in English (C-Level) and German (at least B-Level)

 

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

 

  • Comfortable working across cultures and organizational levels where international experience a plus
  • Experience in Healthcare industry business processes
  • Experience in the SCM process area
  • Experience in an agile process environment and Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Availability for occasional international business travel
  • Project Management Professional certification is a plus

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2700 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
