We are looking for a Part-time Working Student to join our team in Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Business Unit in Kartal who will will contribute to Customer Services Department.

What part will you play?

• Contribute to Power Academy activities including preparation, update, and continuous improvement of training documentation and participation in Power Academy business development initiatives
• Coordinate Service Corner marketing and communication activities with regions and end-customers
• Participate in customer services marketing activities and coordination of related campaigns
• Assist customer services management topics including data collection, basic analysis, coordination, and follow-up of action items
• Prepare presentations for management reviews and internal or external meetings
• Take part in development and optimization activities within customer services processes

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Electrical or Electronic & Communication Engineering
• Able to work 2-3 days within the work week.
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Strong interest in energy and automation systems
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
