You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by

Catapult-C is looking for an initiative-taking, creative, and energetic engineering manager to lead our Sequential optimization development team, comprised of software and hardware engineers. You will be working in an international team with fellow engineering managers, development engineers, as well as quality assurance, customer support, and documentation. Together with product marketing you define the direction of the product to deliver the highest value to our customers.

Required experiences:                                               

• Strong people leadership skills
• Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing of digital devices
• Good understanding of modern software development practices
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Additional experiences of advantage include:

• Expertise in C/C++ and at least one scripting language
• Compilers
• Knowledge of Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
