Job Overview
As a Sales Account Orchestrator (AO) you will own a portfolio of named accounts and high-potential new logos to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through SaaS and Hybrid SaaS subscriptions. You will orchestrate the full go‑to‑market motion—account planning, multi-threaded stakeholder engagement, discovery, value definition, and deal execution—partnering across PreSales, Portfolio Development (PFD), Customer Success (CS), Renewals (RSR), and Services to land, expand, and retain.
Key Responsibilities
- Own account strategy for ~5–10 named accounts plus a targeted new-logo list, with clear ARR, pipeline, and adoption goals.
- Build and implement account and opportunity plans aligned to customer business outcomes and the LAER model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
- Lead cross-functional orchestration across PreSales (PSC/TAM), PFD, ADR/ISS, Services, Renewals, Partners, and Hyperscalers to progress multiple deals in parallel.
- Drive high-quality pipeline through targeted campaigns, social selling, outbound, and collaboration with Marketing and ADR/ISS.
- Run crisp discovery, quantify ROI, and translate insights into compelling, prescriptive value propositions using the Xcelerator portfolio and Digital Threads.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes; build consensus and leverage a Challenger approach to teach, tailor, and take control.
- Structure proposals, quotes, and contracts; coordinate RFx responses and executive reviews to close with speed and quality.
- Define success plans at close and transition to Customer Success; monitor adoption signals to trigger expansion and protect renewals.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and deliver reliable weekly forecasting, win/loss reviews, and exec-ready updates.
- Mentor junior sellers and contribute best practices to the sales community; represent Siemens at industry and customer events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 4+ years selling SaaS subscriptions; experience in Manufacturing/Industrial software is a plus.
- Proven success leading multi-stakeholder, multi-solution sales cycles with six- and seven-figure ACV.
- Fluency with value-based selling, MEDDICC (or similar), and Challenger methods; strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
- Operational rigor: expert Salesforce pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
- Team leadership without authority—able to coordinate matrixed resources and partners to execute account plans.
- Business-level English; Spanish native/advanced. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
