Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager.

This is your role. What part will you play?

Responsible for leading and supporting SMO Thailand’s EHS strategy and compliance by providing technical expertise, driving the EHS roadmap, ensuring effective communication, overseeing audits and training, and managing the Safety & Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provides expert EHS guidance to ensure all company operations comply with both global and local EHS standards.
  • Develops and executes the SMO Thailand EHS roadmap aligned with business strategy and Corporate / Business EHS directions, including regular monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Leads and advises the SMO Thailand organization in planning, implementing, analyzing, and enhancing EHS-related initiatives.
  • Works closely with the SMO Thailand CEO, management team, support functions, and relevant global interfaces to achieve EHS policy goals.
  • Ensures effective EHS communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities.
  • Establishes and maintains a competency and training framework for EHS-related skills.
  • Plans, executes, and follows up on EHS audits, assessments, and inspections, including certification audits when applicable.
  • Manages the Safety and Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline and/or an EHS‑related field.
  • Professional experience with a proven track record of successfully performing key EHS responsibilities.
  • Management experience, including team leadership, intercultural exposure, and project management responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to adapt messaging effectively to different audiences and situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and lead the EHS function for SMO Thailand.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Thai language skills are an added advantage.
