Today, we are recruiting for a Quality Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
What Are My Responsibilities?
- Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the project Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist in audits, inspections, and verification activities across engineering, construction, and project execution phases.
- Maintain and manage quality documentation, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and audit findings.
- Monitor compliance with project procedures, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to quality performance monitoring and reporting.
What Do I Need to Qualify for This Job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to follow defined processes and standards.
- Knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001.
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Academic or university project experience related to process control or quality management.
- Basic understanding of risk management concepts.
