Today, we are recruiting for a Scheduler to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

 

What Are My Responsibilities?

  • Support the planning team in preparing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Track progress of engineering, procurement, installation, and testing activities against the approved schedule.
  • Perform schedule updates, generate progress curves and S-curves, and report schedule deviations.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to collect and validate weekly progress data.
  • Support the preparation of monthly progress reports, KPIs, and time-impact analyses.
 

What Do I Need to Qualify for This Job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in project management, planning, and scheduling tools.
  • Solid Excel skills and a basic understanding of project life cycles.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 fundamentals is an advantage.
  • Academic coursework involving scheduling, planning, or operations research is a plus.
