Curricular Internship - Logistic Technical Administrative (m/f/d)

What role will you play?
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized logistics administrative technician to join our Electrification and Automation team for a 3-month curricular internship, with the aim of playing a key role in supporting project execution. This role will involve working closely with the group of project managers and finance team, playing a crucial role in monitoring deadlines and ensuring that all logistical activities are aligned with project objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Logistics coordination support: Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective coordination of all logistical aspects related to ongoing projects.
Deadline Monitoring: Closely monitor delivery deadlines for all orders, and key project milestones, communicating regularly with team members and suppliers to ensure that all activities are on schedule, suppliers can be external or internal such as factories or other Siemens business segments.
Documentation Control: Maintain accurate and updated records of logistics documentation, such as records of ordered material, stock material, transport guides, final project documentation, etc.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve logistical problems that may arise during project execution, ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently.
Effective Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all interested parties, including internal team, suppliers, and customers, to ensure the fluidity of logistics operations.
We are looking for:
- Minimum 12th year of schooling (technical level or higher in logistics will be considered an advantage).
- Solid organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Knowledge of SAP software, Excel and logistics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
