Working Student (f/m/d) Controlling

Location: Vienna, 20 hours / week


Your tasks:
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, helping prepare accurate financial projections
  • Contribute to the monthly preparation, update, and maintenance of our internal forecasting tool
  • Assist in the digitalization and standardization of processes within Business Performance Controlling
  • Support the Controlling team through data analysis, identifying discrepancies, and handling ad‑hoc evaluations
  • Help ensure our business partners receive transparent, reliable, and context‑relevant data, and contribute to the development of our management reporting framework

Your profile:

  • Background in Finance or related fields such as Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confident use of PowerPoint; first experience with BI tools or dashboards is a plus
  • Initial exposure to databases (e.g., SQL basics, data extraction, or working with structured datasets) is an advantage
  • High affinity for digitalization, data preparation, and analytical problem‑solving
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus
  • Willingness to work in an international corporate environment
What else do I need to know?
The gross monthly salary according to the collective bargain agreement for this position is 1518,00 EUR (for 20 hrs/week)
