We are looking for: Electrical Engineer

You’ll make an impact by:

• Develop General arrangement, one line diagram, control & protection Schematics, Wiring diagram for LV SWGR, MV SWGR.
• Work with Onsite Engineering team and Production team for getting Approvals of SWGR drawings and release drawings, Electrical Mounting plates, Bill of materials, Communication cable list to Production.
• Able to understand the specification requirements from customer and able to differentiate Compliance, Exception, and deviations against Russelectric design standards.
• To participate in On-board approval / clarification meetings with Customer/Partner/Stake holders.
• Provide continuous support to Manufacturing & Testing team during Production, Testing on all design / drawing clarifications. Have to provide solutions to the ENMCR’s (Engineering Manufacturing change requests) raised during manufacturing for any design errors at the earliest, to move the jobs in the production line in order to meet the Shipment dates.
• Available to attend Factory witness Test, to address any queries raised during FAT.
• Able to understand the “Aftermarket orders” (Sales order created for modification of switchgears at site – Example: PLC Upgrades, Retrofit of entire Generator Breaker cubicle etc.,). In this case, expertise domain and product knowledge to make the Modification drawings in such a way that “Field service” team will complete the work without disturbing much on the other existing Cubicles and Wiring.
• To update Engineering drawings for all testing mark-ups and to provide Final As-built drawings.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• B.E/ B. Tech/ EEE/ECE.
• 3-5years of relevant experience in engineering & design of Low Voltage Switchgear/Switchboards or Medium Voltage Switchgear.
• Fair electrical domain knowledge with experience in design of Low & Medium Voltage Switchgear and Products.
• Knowledge about Air Circuit Breakers/Relays and other electrical components.

Ability to interpret ANSI/NEMA/UL/IEC Standards related to Low Voltage in manufacturing process.

• Expertise in Auto CAD and Promis.e / Zuken E3 ECAD applications will be an added advantage.
