This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager for the Vertical Electronics and Semiconductors, covering a maternity leave for a limited period. 
You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our market presence and driving engagement within this dynamic sector.

What are your responsibilities?
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the Electronics and Semiconductors vertical, aligning with global and regional business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the Electronics and Semiconductors industry.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product management, and other internal stakeholders to create compelling messaging and value propositions for our solutions.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and website content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future activities.
  • Support the development of sales enablement tools and materials to empower our sales force in the Electronics and Semiconductors market.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Siemens Digital Industries within the Electronics and Semiconductors community, building relationships and fostering engagement.

You’ll win us over by:
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the industrial, B2B, or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
