As a P&O Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in various aspects of HR functions. If you're a proactive self-starter with great communication skills, we invite you to embark on this enriching journey with us!

What you will do:
Perform P&O (HR) functions, including but not limited to:
  • Optimize the P&O related process by digital tools.
  • Support in recruitment activities, such as interview arrangements and candidate sourcing.
  • Prepare P&O monthly reports as needed.
  • Manage personnel document filing and organization.
  • Provide departmental administrative support.

What we are looking for:
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Basic understanding and skills of RPA tools, such as Power Automate and VBA, etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with ownership
