Within DI, Digital Industries IT (DI IT) provides the technological foundation for secure and scalable digital solutions. The AIDA – AI & Data Enablement team drives responsible, effective, and businessrelevant adoption of AI & Data across all DI functions. 

Our mission: equip the organization with the skills, methods, lowcode capabilities, and enablement mechanisms needed to adopt AI broadly, safely, and with measurable impact. 


We are looking for a Technical Enablement Manager with strong lowcode expertise and excellent consulting skills. This role sits between the Enablement Team and the technical AI experts — translating technical concepts into simple, actionable content and enabling both business teams and citizen developers to build and adopt AI powered process automation. 

You will work handson in selected technical projects from the initial scoping to rollout, driving enablement, adoption, and user readiness in close collaboration with developers, architects, and internal stakeholders. 



Your mission will be:
  • Translate complex AI and automation concepts into clear, accessible materials for different target groups 
  • Act as the technical enablement partner for lowcode solutions (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, n8n, automation workflows) 
  • Prototype and support the design of lightweight automation and processAI solutions for business teams 
  • Build reusable enablement assets such as templates, tutorials, and starter kits 
  • Coach business users and citizen developers on building responsible, compliant and secure lowcode solutions 
  • Lead enablement and adoption workstreams for selected technical AI projects endtoend 
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders 
  • Conduct training, demos, and enablement sessions across DI 
  • Drive structured rollout and ensure sustainable adoption and measurable impact 
  • Gather user feedback, identify gaps, and continuously improve enablement approaches 


To make a difference, you must have:
  • Technical background with handson experience in lowcode/nocode tools (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, n8n, and similar) 
  • Deep understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, automation patterns, connectors, data flows) 
  • Ability to prototype small automations or integrations independently 
  • Strong consulting skills: stakeholder management, requirement gathering, solution scoping 
  • Ability to translate technical topics for nontechnical audiences 
  • Experience in training delivery, coaching, or enablement formats 
  • Strong ownership for adoption, change, and rollout activities 
  • Structured, pragmatic, and resultsoriented working style 
  • Excellent English skills  
  • Experience in industrial environments is a plus
