Rate of Pay:           The salary range for this position in Lexington, NC is $111,282.00 – $150,144.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Lead and develop a team of production controllers, planners, and logistics coordinators to ensure efficient material availability. Oversee order management processes, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of key structural components. Optimize supplier performance through KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production, procurement, Warehouse operations, Quality and engineering teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. Drive digital transformation initiatives, automating reporting and optimizing SAP-based procurement workflows. Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations to senior management, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to communicate material availability, supply chain performance and project update.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 60 months of experience in job offered or in a Production Order Management-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1.                Utilizing SAP for procurement, material planning, and warehouse operations modules.

2.                Developing and tracking KPIs for on-time delivery, quality, and implement risk mitigation actions.

3.                Utilizing MRP principles to ensure material availability and optimal inventory levels.

4.                Working in vendor selection, RFP processes, and contract execution for critical components.

5.                Development automated dashboards and reports to track supply chain performance.

6.                Create executive-level presentations on material availability and supply chain metrics.

Telecommuting permissible pursuant company policy. 10% domestic travel is required. [Hybrid role]
