Are you passionate about driving results, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring healthy cash flow performance?

We are looking for a Cash Collections Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in managing receivables, strengthening customer communication, and supporting operational excellence across Accounts Receivable processes.

This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in AR and collections who enjoy combining analytical thinking with strong communication and negotiation skills.

As a Cash Collections Analyst, you will:

  • Manage daily collection activities to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices in line with company policies.

  • Proactively communicate with customers to follow up on overdue balances and secure payment commitments.

  • Analyze and reconcile customer accounts, identifying discrepancies such as short-pays or unapplied cash.

  • Partner with AR Disputes and Business Units to resolve documentation gaps (POs, invoices, credit notes, PODs, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the Cash Application team to ensure accurate payment allocation.

  • Monitor customer payment behavior and escalate risks that may impact cash flow.

  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities in ERP/collection tools.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly aging and performance reports.

  • Support month-end closing activities related to AR.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit.

  • Strong understanding of AR processes, collections strategies, and cash application.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Advanced English level (C1/C2 – both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

You will be part of a collaborative finance team that values accuracy, customer relationships, and continuous improvement. This is a role with high visibility and impact on cash flow performance and business stability.
