Due to the growth of our operations, Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Financial Business Partner Sales (f/m/d). This role supports the leadership to deliver high quality and reliable forecasts, financial reporting and lead the digital transformation journey of the unit of German speaking countries.  

You'll create impact by:

  • Co-responsibility for the DSM Vertical (DACH Strategic Markets) P&L together with the Country Manager
  • Monthly full P&L forecasting and co-leading the annual budget process
  • Deal design and deal enablement in close collaboration with Sales teams
  • Financial governance including revenue recognition alignment, deal approval coordination, and compliance with deal guidelines
  • Strategic business partnering to DSM Sales leadership and close collaboration with DACH Sales Finance and the DACH Finance Director
  • Supporting reporting harmonization, performance steering, and finance process improvements across DACH
  • Close cooperation with the surrounded ecosystem (Sales Admins, Legal, P&O, Global Finance & Segment)
  • This role requires occasional travel across the DACH region
 
Your defining qualities:
  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent (Masters degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate finance management
  • Solid knowledge of SAP Business Objects, Hyperion Oracle EPM, Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 and SFDC (Salesforce) nice to have
  • Excellent professional knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Business German and English
  • Relationship management skills, excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a critical mindset and constructive can-do attitude
  • High degree of self-initiative with the ability to learn, manage uncertainties and undertake new challenges
  • Experience in digitalization and innovation development
  • Multitasking professional, independent in performing the role, able to work in a fast paced environment
