Sound interesting? Then come in and join our Indonesia team as Admin Support Intern (6-Month Internship) to effectively provide administration support to the leader or manager or department as necessary.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine administrative support function with guidance.
  • Administer on creating minute key meetings, sales support, and reporting.
  • Manage and update the file on leads, quotations, agreements, sales orders, booking and invoicing.
  • Maintain any filling data and analysis, as well as carry out regular reviews to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist the management of hard copy and electronic files and records and maintains an adequate filing system.
  • Organize events or presentations, ensure all materials are prepared prior to the timeline.
  • Assist on travel arrangements and travel claims.

Qualifications and experiences:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a reputable university, preferably in economics, management business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid documentation skills; comfortable working with processes, data tracking, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Candidate should possess advanced skill in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to commit for internship for at least 6 months.

  • Self-driven, motivated and have a positive work attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Proficient in technology, especially with an excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good time management, multi-tasking, and good at teamwork
