Your mission will be… 
  • Defining and documenting comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for robust RPA solutions that address business needs.
  • Perform in-depth reviews of Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and code to maintain the highest standards of quality in our deliverables.
  • Managing and scheduling critical automation jobs and processes within UiPath Orchestrator to enable seamless operation and efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with customers to define high-level solution architectures and ensure alignment with their expectations and needs.
  • Partnering with agile teams to implement solutions effectively, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Applying your knowledge of Agentic AI to innovate and enhance automation workflows.
  • Exploring and integrating Generative AI technologies to optimize and extend automation capabilities.
  • Leveraging UiPath Document Understanding capabilities for accurate and efficient business data extraction and processing.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

We are looking for someone with…
  • A completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • A strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), particularly with UiPath, with a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Expertise in defining functional and technical requirements and translating them into high-performing automation solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator management for scheduling and deployment of automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern development practices, scalable solution design, and clean coding principles.
  • Experience with integrating advanced technologies such as Agentic AI and Generative AI into automation workflows.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Document Understanding for data extraction and processing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on delivering innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • An agile mindset to working in dynamic development environments.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
