We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a fixed-term contract as a maternity leave replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute administrative and operational recruitment activities according to defined guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain and update recruitment documentation and candidate databases (e.g., CV records, reports, tracking systems).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide professional guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the creation, transmission, and processing of recruitment-related data and reports between relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment standards, policies, and processes.
  • Plans and execution projects to improve recruiting processes.

Requirements:

  • University degree (preferably in Social Sciences, HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented approach.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a plus.
