You’ll create impact
- You drive the sustainability concept for Electrification & Automation in alignment with Sustainability Business.
- You lead the implementation of the DEGREE framework and the accurate data for corporate internal reporting.
- You ensure the external reporting of sustainability topics such as EU Taxonomy, CSRD, Customer Avoided Emissions, and Scope 3 downstream emissions, and you are responsible for the in-time completion of specific results, e.g., plans, reports, and programs.
- Furthermore, you represent sustainability to ensure it is considered in decisions and our sustainability approach in the Siemens ecosystem.
- You lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate and drive the sustainability network to ensure sustainability in Operations, Procurement, Logistics, R&D and Product Lifecycle processes.
- You drive sustainability thought leadership and ensure sustainability compliance in relevant ISO Certifications.
- You work together with the EHS Team and have a combined road map, and you coordinate data management projects for product-related environmental reporting.
- You are responsible as a Crisis Manager and Business Continuity Manager to ensure business resilience.
- You ensure respective training and briefing materials to all partners.
- You have a master's degree in a related sustainability field or equivalent.
- You have long-term experience in sustainability and understand sustainability in the context of global business deliveries.
- You have experience in the medium voltage business or technical equivalent.
- You are characterized by the passion for driving and leading sustainability.
- Proficiency in English and German completes your profile.
