We are seeking an Incoming Quality Inspection Engineer to handle incoming material inspection, supplier quality coordination, rejection management, sample retention, and quality reporting. The role requires ensuring timely dimensional inspection of parts, maintaining inspection equipment, managing supplier claims, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform incoming and localization sample inspection as per quality standards and SIP
  • Analyze inspection results and update part status in the system
  • Manage hold, rejection, and supplier claim processes
  • Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for sample movement and rejected material disposition
  • Maintain inspection equipment through calibration and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure sample traceability, documentation, MIS reporting, and 5S compliance
  • Participate in Kaizen, training, safety, and energy management activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in incoming quality inspection / supplier quality / QA
  • Knowledge of dimensional inspection, RCA, quality documentation, and supplier coordination
  • Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
