Role Intro: Achieve the SFLL sales target in the specified field in the area, establish and maintain a good customer relationship.
Your Role and Mission (Role Intro):
As a Graduate Hire at Siemens Finance Leasing, you will assist the team in achieving sales targets in a specified field within the area, and learn how to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
You’ll make an impact by:
• Supporting the team in alignment with the company's sales strategy to assist end customers in achieving new booking and sales targets.
• Learning to maintain and handle vendor and customer relationships by providing excellent services.
• Assisting in collecting and verifying credit approval documentation from the customer side to ensure completeness and quality.
• Regularly assisting in reviewing and updating the pipeline/backlog to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborating closely with the Business Development team to understand and support vendor business models.
• Working together with other functions, e.g., Sales, Risk Management, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Learning to identify and assist in preventing risks at the transaction level.
• Learning to verify the authenticity of contact persons referred by a third party (e.g., obligor, dealer, and manufacturer).
• Performing additional tasks as required, continuously learning and growing.
Your Defining Qualities:
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above, finance, economics, marketing, international trade, or related fields are a plus.
• Passionate about the leasing/financing industry and eager to kick-start a career in sales or business development.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
• Eager to learn new knowledge, highly adaptable, and proactive.
• Experience in extracurricular activities, internships, or projects during university is a plus.
