Grid Software’s Digital Service Center (DSC) plays a central role in ensuring high quality services for mission-critical products.
We are looking for an ITIL Process Architect to design, shape, and implent the DSC‘s service management processes, structure, and governance while focusing on quality and consistency. Your work will ensure that our processes are clearly defined, easy to understand, scalable, and aligned with Siemens standards.
This is a hybrid role reporting into our Minnetonka MN office, where you will collaborate on site with the team as needed during the week while working from home on other days
You’ll make an impact as you drive:
Process Design and Documentation
- Create and maintain ITIL‑aligned processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Release, Knowledge, and Configuration Management.
- Develop clear process maps and workflows based on standard modeling methods.
- Define process policies, roles, responsibilities, and governance principles.
Process Governance
- Establish a structured framework for decision‑making, evaluations, and continuous review.
- Ensure processes are consistent, interconnected, and aligned with organizational standards and audits.
Cross‑Team Alignment
- Coordinate with Service Owners, engineering teams, support teams, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all processes fit together and support seamless collaboration within and across teams.
Measurement and Improvement
- Define process‑related metrics, maturity levels, and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain a roadmap for continuous process improvement and team members in implementing enhancements.
Communication and Training
- Prepare high‑quality process documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
- Lead workshops and discussions to ensure teams understand and adopt the processes.

Basic qualifications:
Experience
- Experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on designing and governing processes.
- Solid understanding of ITILconcepts and how the various practices interact.
- Experience creating high‑quality process documentation and models.
Skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Clear and structured communication style.
- Ability to work across teams and lead discussions with different collaborators.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Abiltiy to travel 5%
Preferred qualifications:
Certifications
- ITIL Foundation
- ITIL Managing Professional or similar certificates are an advantage.

The pay range for this position is $100,603 - $172,462 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
