We are looking for: IT Solution expert – SAP S/4 HANA Finance and RE-FX Expert

You’ll make an impact by:

·      Ensuring stable and compliant IFRS 16 Lease Accounting operations, owning end‑to‑end service performance across RE‑FX, LARS, and Asset Accounting (AA).

·      Acting as the operational backbone for the Global Lease Accounting solution, safeguarding continuity and minimizing business disruption across the S/4HANA environment.

·      Providing expert functional oversight for SAP RE‑FX, Lease Accounting, and Asset Accounting configuration, ensuring high process quality and adherence to global accounting standards.

·      Driving month‑end and year‑end closing activities, offering consulting support on IFRS 16‑related postings, disclosures, reporting, and system behavior.

·      Leading change, rollout, and migration activities, including carve‑outs, business expansions, and go‑lives connected to lease‑related processes.

·      Serving as a trusted advisor to business units, helping key users interpret complex IFRS 16 scenarios and navigate functional and regulatory requirements.

·      Coordinating effectively with internal teams, external service providers, and SAP, enabling smooth incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.

·      Maintaining operational excellence through robust IT service management practices, ensuring proper governance, documentation, and process compliance.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 10–15 years of strong SAP FI / S/4HANA functional experience, including deep process understanding, configuration knowledge (AREs, AUNs), and the ability to architect scalable financial solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP RE‑FX and Asset Accounting, with the ability to manage real estate objects, lease contracts, valuation flows, and fixed asset integrations.
• Solid experience in IFRS 16 lease accounting, with the ability to interpret accounting rules and translate them into system behavior and compliant process execution.
• Proficiency in coordinating with AMS teams, vendors, and SAP, supporting escalations, defect analysis, and enhancements through structured collaboration.
• Strong advisory skills, including participation in key‑user forums, workshops, and functional decision‑making discussions with finance stakeholders.
• A strong grasp of ITSM processes, such as incident, change, and problem management, ensuring stability and adherence to operational governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, enabling confident interaction with global teams and finance leaders.
• Advanced English proficiency to collaborate effectively within distributed and international team environments.
• An agile, customer‑focused mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improving the end‑to‑end financial processes for the organization.
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, supporting a well‑rounded technical and functional understanding of enterprise systems.
