You'll Make A Difference By:
  • Data Management: Support the creation, update, and quality assurance of technical product data in our PLM system and other databases, including performing data checks and resolving discrepancies. This involves an introduction to databases and learning best practices for maintenance.
  • Documentation Support: Assist in organizing, structuring, and maintaining technical documentation (e.g., manuals, specifications) within our knowledge management systems. This includes formal document drafting based on the day-to-day use of software and an understanding of its features.
  • Knowledge Base Contribution: Help improve our internal knowledge base by creating clear articles and ensuring information is easily retrievable, with a focus on improvements and updates to the wiki page dedicated to the Specialized configuration software. 
  • Process Improvement: Participate in projects to optimize data management workflows and knowledge sharing processes, including a comprehensive review of ETIM and ECLASS classifications for our Motion Control portfolio.
  • New technologies and AI knowledge: Benefit from the expertise of a major group, distilled and made accessible through the latest full-featured AI tools.

Your Success Is Grounded In:
  • You're currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Technical Curiosity: A keen interest in technical products and the organization of data.
  • You are detail-oriented, thorough, and precise in handling information.
  • Excellent ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep things in order.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel). Familiarity with PLM or Content Management Systems (CMS) is a great advantage!
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
