Position Overview:
Are you a process pro with a knack for making things run smoothly? We're looking for a sharp Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with the CX Operations Manager to build and refine top-notch recruitment processes and procedures, primarily across EMEA, ensuring they are both innovative and compliant. This is a hands-on role focused on talent acquisition operations, where your efforts will directly support our global talent goals and help us build a better future.



Responsibilities:

  • Help guide the short and long-term transition plans for CX Operations team's EMEA systems, tools, and processes, supporting our ongoing growth and evolution.
  • Pull and share key recruiting metrics with internal stakeholders like HR Business Partners and Recruiters, providing valuable insights.
  • Contribute to Global Talent Acquisition Projects.
  • Assist with vendor partnerships, helping to build and manage resource strategies, execute project plans, and gather data for recruitment activities.
  • Focus on standardizing global processes within People and diligently documenting these processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.



Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Fluent in French at a corporate level.
  • Fluent in English at a corporate level.
  • A solid understanding of recruiting operating procedures, practices, guidelines, HR technology, and tools.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver excellent results on time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Avature) would be a plus.
