We are building intelligent systems that bring generative AI into the physical world. Our products combine advanced machine learning with real-time interaction, spanning cloud services, embedded compute, and intelligent applications. As a Software Development Engineer I, you will join a high-impact team developing the foundation of these systems. You’ll write production-grade software, collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers, and learn to build systems where AI models don’t just reason , but they perceive, respond, and act.

This is a hands-on role for engineers early in their career who want to learn how to ship real products. You’ll work across the stack, contribute to core services, and grow your skills by working alongside a technical team solving hard, high-ownership problems.


You’ll make an impact by:
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable code for production systems  
  • Build and debug services that support AI workloads and product experiences  
  • Collaborate with other engineers on system design and feature implementation  
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions  
  • Continuously learn new tools and technologies as the stack evolves
Technologies We Use
  • Languages: Python, Go, TypeScript  
  • ML: PyTorch, HuggingFace, ONNX Runtime, LangChain  
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Redis, Postgres, S3, Terraform  
  • DevOps & Observability: GitHub Actions, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus
We do not expect deep experience with every tool, but we are looking for engineers who have repeatedly solved difficult problems at scale, and who know how to make good technical decisions under uncertainty.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
  • 0 to 2 years of professional software engineering experience  
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Go  
  • Understanding of core CS concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and basic system design  
  • Interest in machine learning and intelligent systems  
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or academic experience related to machine learning, robotics, or distributed systems  
  • Familiarity with cloud-based development (e.g. AWS, GCP)  
  • Exposure to tools for data processing, model inference, or real-time interaction  
  • Passion for building products that blend software and the physical world

The pay range for this position is $76,908 - $103,734 annually with a target incentive of 0 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
