Your mission will be… 

  • Manage employee data and lifecycle events for both internal and external staff, from onboarding through to termination. 
  • Maintain and update organizational structures, including cost centers, organizational units, and reporting lines. 
  • Prepare and deliver HR-related reports and data insights. 
  • Ensure data accuracy through the identification and correction of master data errors. 
  • Provide front-line HR support to employees and stakeholders via a ticketing system.


We are looking for someone with…

  • Academic Background in HR, Economy, IT or similar;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of a Nordic language (Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) is a plus;
  • Solid IT background: MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook), Workday will be considered a strong plus;
  • Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
  • Reliable, organized, autonomous and with strong communication skills;
  • "Dynamic" - flexible to change task due to automation of assigned activities.
