Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Production Line Manager to join our CApS Operations team. In this role, you will manage our SaaS Factory, coordinating the end-to-end product journey from release verification through final customer deployment.
You will coordinate dependencies, risks, and change across cloud‑dependent services, ensuring that products such as TcX and PolarionX progress efficiently and predictably through the onboarding process

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain transparency and accountability for the complete customer experience, from onboarding through ongoing operations.
  • Track cross‑product impacts, maintain the risk register, drive mitigation plans, and coordinate change‑management processes to ensure operational readiness.
  • Own and maintain end‑to‑end dependency mapping across products, platforms, and cloud‑dependent services. Proactively assess product changes (features, releases, architecture, or configuration changes) and evaluate their operational impact across onboarding, deployment, support, reliability, and compliance.
  • Define and implement readiness criteria (monitoring, SLOs, runbooks, support models, BCP/DR, access management) for each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Convert post‑release issues into actionable Problem Reports or Improvement Requests and drive them to closure.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine standardized onboarding workflows across all product lines.
  • Work with teams to verify releases meet quality standards before operational deployment.
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs and daily cooperation between onboarding, operations, and customer‑facing teams.
  • Establish critical metrics for production‑line efficiency, conduct regular quality assessments, and implement data‑driven improvements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for production‑line status, customer concerns, and central initiatives.
  • Develop and upkeep the CApS Operations readiness checklist and sign‑off per product/release.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in SaaS/Cloud operations, program management, and release/change management.
  • Experience with Siemens Software offerings such as Teamcenter, Polarion.
  • Strong command of ITIL v4 (change, incident, problem)
  • Experience collaborating with Cloud offerings (AWS/Azure).
  • Good to have OEM validated experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and empower cross-functional teams.
