Intro

In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between global strategy and local execution, driving partner governance and operational excellence across the EMEA zone. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting strategic initiatives with on-the-ground implementation, ensuring our partner ecosystem thrives through data-driven insights and operational excellence. Working closely with the Zone Partner Operations Leader, you'll be responsible for maintaining channel health, optimizing partner performance, and gathering actionable market intelligence that shapes strategic decisions. This position offers the opportunity to influence partner relationships across multiple markets while driving consistency in partner management processes and ensuring compliance with global frameworks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner enablement and serve as the primary conduit for partner-related initiatives within Local Country Business units.

You'll make an impact by

  • Assessing partner performance, profitability, and engagement using standardized KPIs contextualized by regional market dynamics to optimize channel health
  • Overseeing comprehensive tracking of sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to support strategic decision-making and operational planning
  • Identifying capability and effectiveness gaps within the partner ecosystem and driving targeted interventions to enhance partner performance
  • Maintaining a balanced and effective partner ecosystem through strategic collaboration with regional teams and coverage optimization
  • Driving consistency in partner management processes including onboarding, contract management, and deal registration while enabling local market adaptation
  • Collaborating with cross-business unit teams to enhance partner enablement through comprehensive training programs and certification initiatives
  • Acting as the primary conduit and go-to contact for all partner sales-facing stakeholders within assigned Local Country Business units
  • Coordinating and facilitating execution of partner-related initiatives by aligning stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies across teams
  • Serving as a governance layer to ensure regional execution aligns with global frameworks while accommodating local market requirements
  • Collecting and analyzing partner and customer sentiment to gauge channel health and identify emerging market opportunities

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: Master´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel operations, or business development within technology or industrial sectors
    • Proven track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographic markets
    • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in KPI management, performance analytics, and data-driven decision making
    • Experience with partner enablement programs, training development, and certification processes
    • Background in sales operations, channel management, or partner ecosystem development
    • Proficiency with CRM systems, partner portals, and business intelligence tools
    • Experience in governance frameworks, compliance management, and process standardization
    • Knowledge of EMEA market dynamics and regulatory requirements preferred

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities with experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Languages: Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous for regional market engagement
