You’ll win us over by:
  • Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined with significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc.
  • Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
  • Flexibility and mobility within the program duration.
  • Electrical Engineering or similar disciplines
  • Demonstrating adaptability, mobility, and a proactive mindset throughout the program duration
  • Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit – eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized
  • Showing solid business acumen – thinking strategically and understanding economic dynamics
  • Communicating effectively and showing a strong interest in operational business and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Being fluent in English (minimum C1) and German (minimum B1)
  • Interest in working across Central & Eastern Europe

Our Offer:
The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 59.506,70, in accordance with the collective agreement.
