Your mission will be… 
  • Support in customer service O2C activities;
  • Support the customer service team with daily operations;
  • Process and track customer requests in our case management system;
  • Assist in documenting customer feedback and service improvements;
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service quality initiatives.


We are looking for someone with…
  • Fluency in the language mentioned in the subject;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
