Responsible for the winding and VPI of motor.
负责电机绕组和VPI工艺。
1. Responsible for winding and VPI process design, development and optimization of motor products to ensure efficient and stable production.
负责电机绕组和VPI工艺的设计、开发与优化，确保高效、稳定生产。
2. Develop winding and VPI process flow, standard operating procedures, solve the process problems of the motor in the production process, solve the problems related to product design, and perform failure analysis on the process.
制定电机绕组和VPI工艺流程、标准操作程序，解决生产过程中绕组和VPI的工艺问题，解决与产品设计相关的问题，并对过程进行失效分析。
3. Participate in new product research and development, provide professional advice and technical support, verify the feasibility and reliability of new processes, and provide reference for product design.
参与新产品研发，提供专业意见和技术支持，验证新工艺的可行性与可靠性，为产品设计提供参考依据。
4. Design and selection of fixture, cooperate with the team to complete the installation, debugging and maintenance of the fixture, ensure the stable operation of the process, and reduce the production cost.
进行生产过程中设备、工装夹具的设计与选型，协同团队完成设备、工装的安装、调试与维护，保障生产过程的稳定操作，降低生产成本。
5. Support Test Engineer for product failures during testing, and support Service for the failure analysis.
支持测试工程师解决测试中的产品问题，并支持服务进行失效分析。
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交办的其它任务。

Position Requirement:
职位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Automation. 大学本科以上学历，机械/电气工程或自动化专业。
2. More than 5 years' experience of motor winding and VPI technology engineer in related manufacturing industry.
5年以上相关行业电机绕组工艺工程师经验。 
3. Be f
amiliar with motor winding and VPI production process. 熟悉电机绕组和VPI生产过程。
4. Be familiar with motor design principles.了解电机设计原理优先。
5. Ability of electromagnetic calculation and simulation modeling is preferred.具有电磁计算和模拟仿真能力的优先考虑。
6. Excellent English communication skill. 卓越的英语交流能力。
7. Strong learning and cooperation, able to effectively communicate with team members. 具有较强的学习能力及合作意愿，能够与团队成员有效沟通。
