Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales account manager to manage and grow our channel sales for switchgear products. The ideal candidate will build strong dealer relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development:
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors.
Expand channel footprint in assigned territory.

Sales Execution:
Drive sales of switchgear products through the dealer network.
Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings.

Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.

Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Track dealer performance and ensure timely collections.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
5–15 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in electrical or switchgear industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of LV switchgear products.
Experience working with electrical dealers and distributors.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
