You'll make a difference by:
Driving growth across Siemens Grid Software's existing customer base and strategically identified new prospects throughout the Asia Pacific region through integrated regional marketing, account-based marketing, customer engagement, and thought leadership initiatives. As Regional Marketing Manager – Asia Pacific, you will work closely with sales, communications, and business leadership teams to execute highly targeted account-based marketing campaigns while driving regional awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and event marketing activities across India, Southeast Asia, and Australasia.

You’ll make an impact on:
• Regional Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans that support business growth across APAC, aligning account-based marketing, demand generation, awareness, thought leadership, and customer engagement activities with business priorities.
• Account-Based Marketing Execution: Design and execute targeted 1-to-1 and 1-to-few marketing programmes for strategic accounts, working closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop account intelligence, and drive pipeline growth.
• Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership, business units, and regional stakeholders to align marketing activities with territory priorities, customer expansion opportunities, and strategic growth objectives.
• Campaign & Content Localisation: Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and content to resonate with local markets, ensuring relevance across diverse APAC audiences and business environments.
• Communications & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with local communications teams to amplify thought leadership, customer success stories, industry insights, and brand awareness initiatives that strengthen Siemens Grid Software's market presence.
• Regional Events & Customer Engagement: Plan and execute regional and local events, webinars, executive programmes, industry conferences, and customer engagement activities to support business development and relationship building.
• Performance Measurement & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, account engagement, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve results and maximise impact.

You excel in: 
• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience with demonstrated success in 1-to-1 and 1-to-few campaign execution
• Market Experience: Proven experience within technology or power utilities sectors
• Integrated Marketing Experience: Experience planning and executing a mix of account-based marketing, awareness, content, communications, and event marketing programmes.
• Sales Partnership: Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and understanding B2B sales processes 
• Account Research Skills: Expertise in conducting deep account research, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity identification within complex organizations
• Marketing Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and account-based marketing platforms such as Eloqua, Demandbase, or similar technologies.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance and account engagement
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively across diverse cultural contexts in APAC markets
