You'll make a difference by:

  • Leading the Coca-Cola AP & CN Zone Account Strategy by developing and executing regional growth plans that align with global account objectives and deliver sustainable business results.
  • Building strategic customer relationships with senior executives, plant leaders, procurement teams, engineering stakeholders, and key decision-makers across The Coca-Cola System and its bottling network.
  • Driving business growth opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities across automation, digital manufacturing, software, electrification, sustainability, cybersecurity, industrial AI, and energy management solutions.
  • Coordinating cross-functional collaboration by bringing together sales, engineering, product management, service, and regional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
  • Engaging customers on transformation initiatives by leading executive discussions around digital transformation, operational excellence, sustainability, energy efficiency, cybersecurity, and manufacturing modernization.
  • Strengthening Siemens’ market position by managing strategic negotiations, monitoring industry trends, and representing Siemens at customer engagements, executive forums, and industry events.

Your defining qualities:

  • Relevant academic background with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong strategic account management experience gained within industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, digitalization, technology, or related industries.
  • Food & Beverage industry expertise with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations, industry challenges, and customer priorities.
  • Proven success managing multinational customers across multiple countries, business units, and stakeholder groups within complex organizations.
  • Executive stakeholder engagement skills with experience influencing C-level leaders and building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong commercial and interpersonal capabilities including negotiation, presentation, relationship management, matrix leadership, and the ability to travel across APAC as required.
