Your mission will be… 
  • Prepare and manage commercial quotations for the sales organization;
  • Develop quotations for maintenance contracts, spare parts, service activities, and small interventions;
  • Monitor and follow up on quotations to maximize business conversion opportunities;
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries related to commercial offers and sales support activities;
  • Support customer outreach initiatives and sales campaigns;
  • Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities and leads;
  • Maintain and update customer, lead, and opportunity data within CRM systems;
  • Support prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers;
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality commercial support;
  • Work with digital sales and quotation tools, contributing to process efficiency and data quality;
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Inside Sales organization.

We are looking for someone with…
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, preferably in Industrial Automation, Energy Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Building Technologies, or similar disciplines;
  • Fluent Spanish and English (business-level, spoken and written);
  • Experience in commercial support, inside sales, customer service, or sales operations environments;
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer engagement activities;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), SAP, quotation tools, and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Strong digital mindset and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies;
  • Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for identifying business opportunities.

Technical Knowledge | considered a plus if you have knowledge or exposure to one or more of the following areas:
  • Fire Detection Systems
  • HVAC and Building Climate Control Solutions
  • Building Management Systems (BMS) / SCADA
  • Building Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Solutions
