The Head of Channel Partners leads Siemens EA’s indirect sales strategy and partner ecosystem, driving growth across the low-voltage and medium-voltage portfolio. The role develops channel strategies, expands partner networks, and delivers sales through distributors, system integrators, OEMs, EPCs, panel builders, and value-added resellers.

Accountable for revenue growth, order intake, market share, partner profitability, and capability development, this leadership position also identifies new market opportunities and strengthens Siemens’ presence across utilities, infrastructure, renewable energy, data centers, and industrial sectors.

You'll make a difference by:
• Driving channel growth strategy by developing and executing a country-wide partner strategy that expands market reach, increases market share, and delivers sustainable growth across Electrification & Automation solutions. 
• Building a high-performing partner ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, and developing distributors, system integrators, panel builders, OEMs, EPCs, and value-added resellers while strengthening their commercial and technical capabilities. 
• Leading indirect sales performance by establishing strong sales governance, forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity conversion processes to achieve order intake, revenue, profitability, and market share targets. 
• Accelerating business development opportunities by expanding adoption of protection, automation, power distribution, and medium-voltage solutions while identifying new market opportunities across utilities, infrastructure, renewable energy, industrial, and commercial segments. 
• Enabling partner and market engagement by driving joint marketing initiatives, customer events, technical workshops, and demand generation activities that increase customer awareness and sales opportunities. 
• Leading and developing teams by coaching channel sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, and promoting cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and customer success.

Your defining qualities: 
• Educational background in engineering or business with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous. 
• Extensive channel sales leadership experience with 10+ years in the electrical industry, channel management, business development, or related commercial roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. 
• Strong expertise in indirect sales networks with proven experience managing distributors, panel builders, system integrators, or other channel partners.  
• Technical knowledge of electrification and automation solutions including power distribution, medium-voltage products, protection and control systems, automation technologies, and industrial project business. 
• Commercially driven with a track record of growth demonstrated through achieving revenue, profitability, market share, and business expansion objectives. 
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence partners, lead teams, drive change, and collaborate effectively across functions and external customer ecosystems.
