Position Overview

We are seeking an Integration Architect to join our PLM Integration Services Practice. In this role, you will architect and design integration solutions between Siemens platforms and enterprise applications, providing technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams. You'll partner with global customers to define integration strategies, create design specifications, and ensure architectural integrity across complex PLM implementations. Key Responsibilities

Solution Consulting

  • ·       Architect and design integration solutions between Siemens platforms and enterprise applications
  • ·       Work with the extended project team to define integration business processes between applications such as PLM, ERP, CRM, MES, and MRP
  • ·       Provide direction for integration design, deployment, and rollout activities
  • ·       Develop and deliver solution proposals based on requirements in customer meetings
  • ·       Work proactively with the global Integration Services Practice to define future PLM integration solutions and ensure architectural integrity
  • Technical Delivery
  • ·       Support customer workshops and own the technical content of integration solutions and design specifications
  • ·       Map customers' business requirements to systems and technical requirements, and design system architecture for complex PLM integration solutions
  • ·       Act as a technical leader and mentor to Integration Implementation Consultants
  • ·       Create technical roadmaps, architecture documents, and deliverables
  • ·       Validate solution configurations, manage unit testing, and advise on customer acceptance testing and deployment
  • ·       Work cooperatively with other Siemens resources and travel to customer sites as required

Qualifications

  •          Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another technical field
  •          3+ years of experience with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management solutions in a customer-facing technical delivery role
  •          Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  •          Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present effectively to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  •          Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and Outlook
  •          Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25-50% of the time

Our Benefits & Rewards

The total cash compensation range for this position is 125,300 - 250,600 with 10% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. The pay range for this position is 125,300 - 250,600 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
