Position Headline:

Plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling assigned products, services or projects to customers in specified industries who integrate Siemens products into their end-of-line customer offerings, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.  Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified Key Account Management (KAM) End-users in Industry & Infrastructure vertical market of the North Territory.

You’ll create impact by:
  • Sales Planning & CRM Management: Manage sales volumes and market potential for KAM End-users in the North Territory, utilizing CRM tools for accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Analysis: Evaluate market trends and customer investment plans to identify and capture mid-term business opportunities for Industry & Infrastructure solutions.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a customer-focused network to systematically enhance vertical market expertise and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Proposal & Negotiation Leadership: Drive the preparation and negotiation of project proposals, acting as the primary commercial point of contact in collaboration with internal management.
  • Performance & Revenue Reporting: Deliver comprehensive sales and revenue reports to track business progress and ensure alignment with organizational targets.
Your defining qualities:
  • Experience & Location: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development and relationship management, ideally based in or familiar with the Hanoi/North Territory market.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Industry & Infrastructure vertical market, with a proven track record of managing KAM End-users.
  • Language Proficiency: Profficient in both English and Vietnamese to effectively communicate with local stakeholders and global management.
  • Sales & CRM Mastery: Strong skills in sales volume planning and forecasting, with high proficiency in using CRM tools to drive business strategy.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Expert-level ability to lead complex negotiations and prepare high-quality project proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
