Industry Development Manager (f/m/d) - Waste & Circular Economy
As the Business Development Manager (f/m/d) - Waste & Circular Economy, you will play an integral role in shaping and growing Siemens' presence in one of the world's most dynamic and purpose-driven markets. The waste and recycling sector — spanning smart waste infrastructure, material recovery, waste-to-energy, and circular economy solutions — represents a significant and fast-growing opportunity, and Siemens is committed to becoming a leading technology partner within it.
This is your opportunity to build something meaningful. You will be the driving force behind Siemens' waste vertical commercial growth, working directly alongside regional sales teams across Europe and the US to convert market access into closed deals and long-term customer relationships. Bringing deep waste domain expertise — across processes, procurement cycles, techno-commercial dynamics, and key industry players — you will be the credible expert voice that customers trust and that internal teams rely on to win.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial market developer who combines genuine waste industry knowledge with a relentless commercial drive — who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, and closing business in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
