SALARY
2700 EUR/month*
Senior from 2700 EUR / month + variable part
Junior from 1 500 EUR/month + variable part

Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a new colleague to join our controlling team. You will become part of a stable international environment and collaborate across regions to achieve our finance and business controlling goals. Help us ensure transparent financial planning, high‑quality analyses, and reliable reporting.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the assigned business segment.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/year‑end closings and deliver accurate management reporting.
- Perform cost controlling and financial analysis for central units and projects (including SAP FI project controlling).
- Act as a commercial partner to function heads and management across CEE, supporting decision‑making.
- Drive continuous improvement of controlling, reporting processes, and related systems.
- Collaborate closely with accounting, technical teams, and customers; support offer and contract preparation.
- Manage end‑to‑end commercial administration of business cases (orders, invoicing, documentation, audits).
We expect
- 2+ years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data
- Communication skills and the ability to collaborate
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel
