Your mission will be…  
  • Ensure day-to-day operations of SaaS applications run efficiently and reliably.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, operational workflows, and escalation processes.
  • Deliver services aligned with SLAs and KPIs, monitoring performance metrics proactively.
  • Lead critical incident response, ensuring timely and clear communication to technical teams, management, and stakeholders.
  • Apply structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and postmortem processes to improve reliability.
  • Define and implement quality assurance processes for operational activities.
  • Continuously optimize workflows for scalability and resilience.


We are looking for someone with… 

Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years  in operating SaaS applications in cloud environments
Architecture & Technical Expertise:
  • Understand application and infrastructure architecture for complex, distributed systems.
  • Apply knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized environments to guide operations.
Technologies & Tools
  • AWS Services: ECS, EKS, RDS
  • Messaging & Streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ
  • Microservices architecture
  • Version Control & CI/CD: GitLab, Pipelines
  • Monitoring & Observability tools (Datadog)
  • High-level understanding of Node.js, .NET, Python
Soft Skills
  • Business proficiency in English (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders during critical incidents
  • ITIL principles for incident, change, and problem management
  • Work closely with R&D teams to align operational practices with product architecture.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides and escalation procedures.
