The purpose of the People and Organization Business Partner is to act as a strategic partner to leaders and employees to support business performance and employee engagement. This position plays a key role in driving local implementation of effective P&O programs (e.g. recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development and change), which are in line with our people strategy.

Your mission will be…  
  • Support P&O Business Partners in all People and Organization topics, acting as a reliable point of contact for day to day matters. 
  • Assist in the local implementation of P&O programs (e.g., recruiting, learning & development, compensation & benefits, organizational development and change), ensuring alignment with global guidelines. 
  • Provide guidance to managers on standard P&O processes, policies and compliance topics, with the support of senior BPs when needed. 
  • Contribute to discussions on workforce needs by preparing data, insights, and documentation for decision-making. 
  • Support talent development activities, helping to identify development needs and contributing to local talent pipeline initiatives while considering diversity principles. 
  • Ensure quality and consistency in the execution of core P&O processes, supporting continuous improvement and local standards. 
  • Collaborate with local and international P&O teams to guarantee a seamless employee experience.
 

We are looking for someone with… 
  • Hold a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; 
  • Are fluent in English (international working environment); 
  • Are fluent in Portuguese (mandatory);
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in HR Business Partner, Human Resources or similar roles; 
  • Build trusting and collaborative relationships, both virtually and in person; 
  • Are motivated to create a positive impact through your contributions to people and organizational topics; 
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and growth mindset; 
  • Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
