You'll Make a Difference By:
  • Administrative & HR Support: Manages attendance, expenses, and supports onboarding/offboarding processes. Coordinates mandatory training and manages distribution lists.
  • Office & Operations Management: Oversees office supplies, equipment, and car pool logistics (reservations, utilization, maintenance). Handles all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Inter-departmental Collaboration: Builds strong relationships with Purchasing, IT, HR, and Marketing to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Scheduling & Event Coordination: Organizes meetings, appointments, events, town halls, and catering.
  • Logistical Support: Provides comprehensive assistance for business travel (tickets, visas, accommodation) and manages visitor logistics (parking, pick-ups, hotels).

Your success in this role will be built upon:
  • A completed high school education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Czech; proficiency in German is an advantage.
  • The flexibility to work a minimum of three days per week.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • A demonstrated sense of reliability and the capacity for independent work.

Ideally, you'll also bring:
  • Previous experience working in an international environment.
  • Relevant administrative experience.
