Your mission in our team

As a Technical Leader for CS Digital Services Spain, you will be a key player in the digital transformation of the railway sector. Your mission will be to design, implement, and lead innovative solutions that optimize our services, directly contributing to smarter and more efficient mobility. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with global teams to bring pioneering projects to life.

Challenges that await

Design the architecture of different projects for Digital Services based on the global portfolio.
Lead the development of digital service solutions in railway projects.
Support the CS DS management.
Prepare technical and specific documentation according to project needs.
Implement the defined architecture for Digital Services in different projects.
Manage databases.
Design new interfaces for the different products and solutions under Digital Services.
Actively participate in internal and external meetings in English, communicating fluently.
Make presentations to clients, attend fairs, exhibitions, and other client-oriented events.
Adapt, develop, and adjust products and solutions based on project requirements.
Use new AI tools: agents, LLMs, etc.
What will make your application stand out

University degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
More than 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and exposure to relevant Industry 4.0 / IoT technologies such as automation, IoT instrumentation, communication protocols, AI / ML, cloud/edge computing, etc.
Strong interest and experience in technology, especially in the railway sector.
Solid computer skills, accustomed to working with Linux systems and virtualization.
C1 English level or equivalent (essential).
Required experience in AWS solutions.
Experience in Dockers and/or Kubernetes.
Required experience in programming with Python and shell script.
Proactivity, willingness to learn, and help others.

You’ll thrive even more if you also bring

Experience in Nagios/Icinga/Prometheus or any monitoring tool.
Experience in IBM Maximo or any CMMS tool.
Experience in BI tools (PowerBI, Mendix, Qlik, etc.) or Frontend frameworks (Angular, etc.).
Experience in SQL language and database design.
Experience in Opensearch/Elasticsearch.
Experience with virtualization/orchestration environments (VMWare, Suse Harvester/Rancher, etc.).
